     Having been under the weather this last little while, I have still cooked on occasion, but haven't documented my steps.
A few of the dishes enjoyed were, a beautiful Salmon fillet, and although I felt it cost a small fortune, it turned out to be worth every penny.  Seasoned with Rocky Madsen's Fish Crisp, Maple Smoke Flavour

A delicious Pork Tenderloin marinated in a Mediterranean Style Marinade

With Roasted Squished Garlicky Baby Potatoes

and last evening's Spaghetti and Meatballs
